The Northwest Ohio operation of Manpower began as a single office in Toledo, Ohio in 1953. Over the last 50 years this operation has expanded to include one technical / professional and six commercial offices.

Even though Manpower Inc. of Toledo has made technical / professional placements since the late 1960's the Manpower Professional wing of the Toledo operation was born in late 1997. Toledo has grown this technical / professional staffing into one of the largest providers of information technology, finance, professional, engineering, and scientific / clinical personnel on a contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement basis within the Toledo and Northwest Ohio area.
